Exceptional and excellent!Posted on Alexander DetterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Quick Summary for Anyone Skimming: If you’re looking for compassionate, expert-level care in Lancaster, Lancaster Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is the place to go. From fast scheduling to personalized rehab plans, every part of my experience, from intake to recovery, was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. Mic and the whole team don’t just help you heal, they help you know and believe that you can. Full Review for Those Who Want the Details: I had an intense foot and ankle surgery in January 2025, and I began physical therapy at Lancaster Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in mid to late February. From the very first call, I was impressed. Cindy at the front desk was kind, efficient, and incredibly helpful in getting me scheduled within a week( something I know isn’t always possible, but was a huge relief for me at the time). Mic was my primary physical therapist, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the care he and his team provided. Every staff member I encountered was professional, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. PT is rarely something people look forward to—it usually comes with pain, injury, or frustration—but this team made me want to go every single time. That says everything. What set Mic and his team apart? - Flexibility in scheduling (truly amazing when life gets hectic) - Attention to detail-they remembered little things I’d mentioned weeks prior - Genuine rapport that made the space feel welcoming and human - And most importantly, individualized care that actually works I started PT unsure if I’d ever feel “normal” again, but now I’m doing leaps and bounds better, literally and figuratively, than I ever expected. I never felt like I was doing meaningless “busy work.” Every stretch, every rep, every movement had a clear purpose, and it was all tailored to my recovery. At the risk of sounding cliche(even though it is the truth): At Lancaster Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, you’re not just another patient on the schedule, you’re someone they genuinely want to see recover and thrive. And that difference shows.Posted on Kyle HainesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best of the best. Gabe and crew are so very knowledgeable, make you feel at home, motivated, comfortable, heard, informed, and well cared for. I feel like I'm playing an active part in my recovery with people who genuinely care and want to see improvement. From my first assessment to post op for my torn ACL, I have been looking forward to my Physical Therapy at Lancaster Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Thank you so very much for helping turn a scary and difficult time into anything but.Posted on Dylan WagnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Two years ago I tore my ACL, and went here for Physical Therapy. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and is well trained in recovery medicine like cupping, gua sha, massage, heating ice, etc. I was back to sports and everything I wanted to do physically with their expertise and help. Earlier this year I tore my OTHER ACL and knew exactly where to go. Some of the staff is new from my last visit, but they’re all fantastic and knowledgeable as well. Gabe is a wealth of knowledge and has a very good way of explaining the bio science in layman’s terms, and why your body is the way it is during every stage of recovery. They also fixed my 70 year old father’s back, and he’s playing sports again. Can’t recommend enough!Posted on Christian KlecknerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend Lancaster Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine to anyone who is struggling with some minor aches and pains to a major injury. They take their time, one on one, to help you bounce back in a positive environment.Posted on G PTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can't say enough great things about this place. The staff are top notch. They are so knowledgeable and truly care. The business is well run and really makes you feel like a patient not a number. I've referred a number of folks and will continue to do so! A+++Posted on Kevin BradyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You will not find more knowledgeable, attentive, resourceful, and conscientious physical therapists. I highly recommend this place because the people there are so good and engaged.
